Job Description
We are currently seeking a US Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the fulfillment process for our US customers. This includes coordinating with various teams to ensure timely order processing, inventory management, and shipping.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipment updates
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to order fulfillment
To qualify for this position, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a similar field is preferred.
