Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Nursing, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Highly trainable, hardworking, flexible, with keen attention to details and can work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
