Job Description
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including job fairs, sourcing through social media, initial interviews, background and reference checks, application forms, and regular updates with applicants;
- Conduct employee onboarding including the preparation of employee kits, training, and induction program, and orientation on the Employee Handbook and company policies;
- Administer government-mandated benefits including SS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG and company benefits such as health card;
- Other duties reasonably necessary for the performance of the HR-related functions as may be required by the business.
