Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Transaction Accountant I. As a Transaction Accountant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, and a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.
