Job Description
- Daily Monitoring of store concerns and issues.
- Daily Monitoring of store report submission and likes.
- Responsible for store sales invoice request.
- Checking and Validation of OIC and FL filed overtime.
- Responsible in consolidating and ensuring submission of store KPIs.
- Point person for all day-to-day store escalations.
- To identify OIC or FL needs to be coached by OPS supervisor.
- Making sure that delivery and work permits are available when needed.
- Making sure that stores make deposits on time.
- Assisting in other operations tasks as assigned.
