Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finance Analyst 2 to join our team in the Invoice Processing department. As a Finance Analyst 2, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices to meet our financial obligations.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing invoices for accuracy, coding invoices to the appropriate accounts, and entering invoice data into our accounting system. You will also be responsible for resolving any discrepancies or issues with invoice processing and assisting with month-end closing activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is also required.
