Job Description
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for La Jolla Luxury Beach Resort. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be based at our office in Quezon City.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services and demonstrate how they meet the client’s requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
- Proven experience as a Sales/Account Executive in a resort/hotel setup – Proficiency in English.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques – Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
