Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities
Manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project. From the pre-construction stage, the construction stage to the post-construction phase. He provides leadership and directs all groups involved in the success of the project.
Primary Duties
- Plans the overall and specific requirements of the project.
- Implements the project activities based on the desired schedule, quality, and budget in a safe manner.
- Implements a serious housekeeping program.
- Prepares complete reports that update the head office about the status of issues/concerns and recommended resolutions developed with the site team.
- Coordinates with other departments in order to resolve concerns with their assistance.
- Establishes meaningful relationships with relevant authorities.
- Manages and controls the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con.
- Monitors and controls project performance.
- Oversees turn-over and preparation of project close-out.
- Prepares and submits the project operating plan.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
