Job Description
Client: US healthcare company looking for RN candidates with Chart Auditing and/or Medical Records Auditing experience.
Objective: To effectively carry out audits of a healthcare facility and draw attention to areas of weakness, such as issues with efficiency, delivery of care, and finances, to prevent litigation.
Type of Work: Full-time, permanent
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (UTC -5)
The role and responsibilities:
- A medical chart auditor would be expected to be detail-orientated and pay good attention to accuracy to identify outliers and inefficiencies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills will be necessary to present findings and results effectively.
- You will need good critical thinking skills to identify an organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggest resolutions for the problem areas.
Requirements:
- Must be an RN
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chart auditing or medical records auditing
- Preferably has experience working in home health or Nursing Home Facility
- Must have bedside experience
- Familiar in medical scribing
- Competent use of computer systems and medical billing software
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Being able to triage priorities
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Maintain patient confidentiality
Pay Rate: Industry standard applicable to state depending on work of experience and level of expertise.
Start date: Can start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php47,739.00 – Php53,356.28 per month
