Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site QAQC Architect to join our team. As a Site QAQC Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to oversee the construction process and ensure that it complies with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections on construction sites, reviewing architectural plans and specifications, and performing quality control checks on materials and equipment. You will also be responsible for documenting any issues or non-compliance and working with the project team to find solutions. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of quality management systems and provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality control procedures.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in architecture, construction, and quality control. You should have a deep understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders.
