Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our branch and ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities.
Your main tasks will include managing and training branch staff, monitoring inventory levels, handling customer complaints, and reporting to higher management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent customer service standards and achieving sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
