Job Description
- Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
- Preparing budgets regularly.
- Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
- Gathering and verifying invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Maintaining accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
- Performing daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
- Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
