Job Description
1. Provides assistance to the Human Resource Manager (Luzon) for the planning and effective implementation of RLB recruitment procedures.
2. Identifies and aims to define targets in hiring the qualified manpower requirements for the organization.
3. Monitors personnel requisition forms and gives regular and official updates to all concerned departments on manpower requirement status and reporting of incoming employees.
4. Posts job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels.
5. Conducts initial screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates.
6. Invites and schedules applicants for interviews.
7. Conducts in-depth interviews of applicants based on qualifications.
8. Facilitates the hiring process, including preparation of necessary forms, technical examination, and series of interviews.
9. Responsible for weekly recruitment report.
10. Maintains a wide-ranging database of potential candidates through social networking and other means.
11. Conducts reference checking and background investigation for potential candidates.
12. Assists in the preparation of pre-employment requirements.
13. Prepares pre-employment documentation of newly hired employees.
14. Develops a pool of internal talents.
15. Explores new recruitment channels and provides recommendations to the HR Manager.
16. Provides recommendations for the development of recruitment procedures.
17. Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate head.
