Job Description
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Configuration Management
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferably with experience in other ITIL processes like Release and Change Management
Job Description
- Support a logical model, containing the components of the IT infrastructure (CIs) and their associations.
- Ensures CMDB is up to date acting as gatekeepers to attain high accuracy and completeness target.
- Fulfill configuration item creation, update, and decommissioning requests.
- Develop and produce Asset Management inventory accuracy and performance reports containing accurate and relevant statistical data on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Develop and produce analysis reports to identify asset information errors and correct them through remediation activities.
- Demonstrates tremendous ability to handle pressure at work.
- Demonstrates the courage and determination to pursue a course of action even when it presents complex challenges and obstacles, and the outcome is far from certain.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
