Job Description
As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential partners, evaluate partnership opportunities, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential partners who align with our company’s goals and strategies. You will then reach out to these organizations, engage in productive discussions, and create partnership proposals tailored to their needs.
Your strong negotiation and communication skills will be vital in ensuring successful partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop partnership strategies, execute partnership agreements, and monitor partnership performance.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in partnership development, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
