Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our Global Services Financial Services & Insurance (GS FSI) team. As a Finance Manager specializing in Acquisitions & Divestitures, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s growth and profitability.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for all acquisition and divestiture activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential investments, conduct due diligence, and develop financial models to guide decision-making processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and investment analysis. You must be detail-oriented, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a deep understanding of financial and business concepts.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in acquisitions and divestitures
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
