Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for the timely completion of support tickets by ensuring that the correct support processes are followed and associated internal teams engaged.
- Analyze problems, document and communicate resolutions and conduct follow-ups.
- Escalate problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Develop and execute scripts, utilities, and associated monitoring tools to uphold and evolve the monitoring standards.
- Interface with internal clients, vendors, manager, I.T., and solution development teams to manage track and plan solution environment life cycle and advise, where appropriate, on transformation possibilities.
- Assist in documenting current standards and processes.
- Represent the team on cross-functional teams for solution support and development activities.
- Work on strategic initiatives to deliver transformative tools and process automation to reduce repetitive tasks and increase process efficiency.
- Improve methodologies used in the job.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
