Job Description
Salary: PHP 40,00 – PHP 50,00
Responsibilities:
- General HR tasks
- Handling and creating ISO documentation
- Processing documents for PEZA, BIR, DOLE, SEC, and BOC
- Educating staff on company policies and procedures
- Creating and updating work rules and employee manuals
- Developing and ensuring compliance with HR policies based on labor laws and regulations (beyond Employee Handbook, at Memo level)
- Conducting employee evaluations
- Managing employee attendance records
- Preparing and updating documents (Employment contract, VISA, Work permit, and Staff house contract, etc.)
- Facilitating communication with employees, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth labor-management relations
- Issuing Company memos, Offer Letters, Requirement Letters, and Employment Contracts
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as HR
- Experience in handling and creating ISO documentation
- Proficiency in processing documents for PEZA, BIR, DOLE, SEC, and BOC
- Familiarity with creating and implementing company regulations
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, including the ability to train HR staff
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PHP 40,00.00 – PHP 50,00.00 per month

Experience:
- Human Resources Manager: 5 years (Required)
- HR: 7 years (Required)
- Handling and creating ISO documentation: 3 years (Required)
- PEZA, BIR, DOLE, SEC, and BOC: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Biñan City, Laguna (Required)
