Job Description
An Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, such as conferences, meetings, weddings, and corporate functions. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Duties include selecting and booking venues, coordinating vendors, creating event timelines, managing budgets, and overseeing event logistics. The Event Coordinator must also ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or setbacks that may arise during the event. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in order to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
