Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
In addition, you will handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. You will also participate in performance management activities, including evaluations and career development plans.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and developing HR strategies to address them. You will stay current with labor laws and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
