Job Description
A Service Experience Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the overall customer experience of a company’s services. They work closely with the customer service team to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, using various tools and techniques.
They collect and analyze customer feedback, track key performance indicators, and conduct surveys to gain insights into customer satisfaction. Based on the data, they develop strategies and recommendations to enhance the service delivery process, streamline operations, and optimize customer interactions.
Service Experience Analysts also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric processes and provide training and support to employees to ensure consistent service delivery.
