Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Safety and Quality Management Officer to join our team in the Visayas-Mindanao (VISMIN) region. As a Safety and Quality Management Officer, your main responsibility will be to ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards in all field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety and quality management systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any safety and quality issues.
- Provide training sessions and workshops to educate field staff on safety and quality protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to enforce safety and quality measures.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in safety and quality management, preferably in the field operations of a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and train field staff.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
