Job Description
A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within a facility. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper training and development
- Inspect rooms, facilities, and equipment to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Manage inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior supervisory experience in a housekeeping role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
