Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for IT positions in our company.
The ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience in recruiting for IT roles, specifically in the US market. You should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, including various technologies and skill sets.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review and screen resumes to determine suitability for specific positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance
