Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee, exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team? We’re on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista Manager to elevate our coffee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop.
- Manage and lead a team of talented baristas, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff in coffee preparation techniques and customer service skills.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels, placing orders as necessary.
- Create and implement efficient work schedules.
- Uphold health and safety standards in the workplace.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role in the coffee industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
