Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Email Customer Service Support (Onsite). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support via email, ensuring customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
