Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Loyalty Officer to join our team. As the Marketing & Loyalty Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as promoting brand loyalty.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Creating and managing loyalty programs to enhance customer loyalty.
- Conducting market research and analyzing customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Managing social media platforms and coordinating with the marketing team to create engaging content.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer relationship management. Previous experience in marketing or loyalty programs is preferred.
