Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in Construction Site Management/Design
- With experience in doing cost estimation
- Must love doing cost estimation
- Must have experience doing QTO using any estimating software
- Must be willing to work on-site
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of QTO
- Assist the Senior QS Consultants in conducting Value Engineering (before and during construction), Feasibility Study, and other QS-related activities
- Preparation of RFI
- Preparation and outsourcing different material suppliers
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 – 5:00 PM
