Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Admin Staff to join our team. As an Admin Staff, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks such as handling phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with general office duties.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred
