Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Chef de Partie Pastry, you will be responsible for preparing and creating delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods in our high-end restaurant. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a variety of pastries, including cakes, bread, pastries, and desserts.
- Create innovative and visually appealing dessert presentations.
- Ensure all pastries and desserts meet quality standards and are produced promptly.
- Collaborate with other chefs and team members in menu planning and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry station.
