Job Description
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related roles
- Embedded a pleasing personality, good communication
- Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
- Maintain candidate database
- Handle records and paperwork
- Assist with new hire on-boarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
- Experienced recruiter in sourcing candidates, from rank and file to supervisory level
- Knowledge of talent market and channels, where to find specific talents
- Adept in social media recruitment marketing
- Has connections with schools/universities in Laguna area
- Good written communication skills

- Willing to be assigned in Binan Laguna Laguna
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
- Benefits: Paid training
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
- Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
