Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting visitors and providing them with a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
