Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and keen attention to details.
• Must know how to drive; with a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.

Job Description:

• Acts as the first level of support to all Service customers.
• Performs vehicle inspection and walk-around check with the customer.
• Validates and updates customer information in the system.
• Listens to customer requests and concerns, upsells products and services, and prepares repair orders.
• Analyzes and reviews vehicle service history.
• Explains servicing details to customers, including the estimated time of completion, payment modes, and cost estimates.
• Submits repair orders and coordinates vehicle repair with the Job Controller and Technician if necessary.
• Reviews repair orders and technician write-ups and effectively communicates with customers regarding services recommended and performed.
• Performs encoding of labor and other miscellaneous charges in the system, checks parts issued, and coordinates with the Service Admin for billing and closing of repair orders.
• Explains services performed and reminds the customer of the date of the next visit. Assists in payment and releasing of the vehicle.

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

Experience:

• Service Advisor: 2 years (Preferred)
