Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Procurement Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process and ensuring the timely acquisition and delivery of goods and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with vendor selection and negotiation
- Preparing purchase orders and monitoring their fulfillment
- Managing inventory levels and forecasting demand
- Collaborating with various departments to identify procurement needs
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
