As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives that support our business objectives. You will provide consultation and guidance on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies to support their goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and career development
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness
- Conduct regular HR metrics analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
