Job Description
Are you fluent in Mandarin and passionate about numbers? We are currently seeking a skilled Invoice Processing Analyst to join our team. As an Invoice Processing Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, verifying data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your main duties will include reviewing invoices for accuracy, matching invoices with purchase orders, coding invoices for proper cost allocation, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise. The ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be essential in this role, as you will be working closely with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and vendors.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with invoice processing software are also preferred.
