Job Description

A Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the entire real estate transaction process. This includes assisting buyers and sellers in completing the necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and facilitating smooth communication between all parties involved.

The primary duties of a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator include:

  • Reviewing contracts and documents to identify any issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other necessary property evaluations.
  • Communicating with lenders, attorneys, and other relevant parties to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Preparing and organizing closing documents and schedules.
  • Monitoring timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the process.
