Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Salesforce Support professional to join our team. As a Salesforce Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving issues related to the Salesforce platform for our clients.
Your primary role will involve troubleshooting technical problems, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient Salesforce usage. You will be responsible for resolving and documenting issues, as well as providing training and guidance to users.
Key requirements for this position include a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Apex programming, and experience in user support is preferred.
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to Salesforce
- Provide training and user support for Salesforce platform usage
