Job Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist works closely with the Digital Marketing Team, contributes to the development and execution of social media strategies, policies and plans to build & sustain brand awareness, engage the audience through compelling and relevant content planning, build influencer marketing with PR, effectively manage online/social communities and provide and interpret analytics data.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or Advertising. Certificates on any Digital Marketing Courses is preferred.

Experience: At least 1 year experience in F&B or Retail marketing with specialization or focus on social media or digital marketing. Must at least have one social media (FB, IG or Twitter)

Work Set-up: Amenable to work from home and onsite in Makati City (Hybrid)

KEY RESULTS AREA

1. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING – BRAND BUILDING & MANAGEMENT

– Oversee, manage & maintain social media accounts

– As a Community Manager – create and manage the online voice of the brand to build brand awareness within the online community

– Develop social media marketing campaigns such as crafting proposals, gathering and collating research and information and creating presentations

2. PROCESS SERVICE & EXCELLENCE

– Prepare monthly campaign, and brand performance reports

– Maintain a marketing database of influences, social media partners and organizations and other functional digital requirements

– Serve as the frontliner in terms of customer feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
