Job Description
We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Admin to join our team. As an Accounting Admin, your main responsibility will be to assist with various financial tasks and ensure accurate bookkeeping records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records.
- Assist in generating financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist with payroll and tax preparation.
- Support the accounting team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
