Job Description
Prospecting and qualifying leads – Identify potential clients and participate in lead generation activities based on agreed strategies (e.g., IT Summits, Networking).
Sales Interaction with Prospects – Interact with internal and external contacts professionally and conduct sales presentations manifesting expertise in product knowledge.
Account Management and Customer Care – Make coverage plans, deliver contract renewal and support packages, and develop an effective feedback system to determine needs and satisfaction geared towards achievement of sales targets.
Marketing – Know and give feedback to management about competitor activities and marketing strategies. Implement and contribute to marketing strategies and action plans.
Admin Matters – Maintain customer database and prepare required reports.
