Job Description
Objective / Purpose of the Job:
The Account Manager is crucial in driving sales growth and expanding the client base. This role involves nurturing relationships with new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction with our card technology and solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop client accounts.
- Proactively engage with potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery and issue resolution.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics and sales performance.
- Network at industry events and conferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Branch Manager or designated authority.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
