Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the company’s management team and staff. You will assist in various office operations and coordinate administrative functions. The successful candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage email inbox, and respond to correspondence
- Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with various projects and prepare reports or presentations
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College diploma is preferred
- Prior administrative experience is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
