Job Description:

Service Crew Members are responsible for executing the day-to-day operational duties and responsibilities of the restaurant that support operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, while upholding the company’s standards of hospitality in all interactions.
• Execute kitchen and floor duties and responsibilities with excellence, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
• Take personal responsibility for training and development with the assistance and supervision of supervisors.
• Adhere to the controlling methods at the restaurant to ensure operational excellence and consistency, minimizing wastage.
• Maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Conditions of Employment:

• 6 days/week, shifting schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College graduate of Hospitality Management or equivalent course.
• Must have experience in F&B and customer service.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
