Job Description
About the Company:
Transnational Aviation Support Services is a leading provider of aviation support services in the industry. We are currently looking to hire a Part-Time Company Nurse to join our team.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse with updated PRC license is an advantage.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Required OHNAP Training
- First Aider
- With related Occupational Safety and Health training required by DOLE if there is any.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct reporting and provides assistance to Safety Supervisor.
- Coordinates with various departments, including First Aiders, on related Safety activities in the absence of Safety Supervisor.
- Responsible for health condition screening, conducts first aid, and provides recommendation/endorsement to employees who fall ill or caught in an accident during assigned shift.
- Monitors health conditions and reports the status of an employee who is on sick leave or under quarantine during a recommended/prescribed quarantine period.
- Assess and provides entry clearance for employees who are returning from their sick leave.
- Applies and/or renews Food Handlers Certificate application for new and/or existing employees.
- Coordinates with affiliated clinic and/or hospital for related transactions such as endorsement of sick employees and for pre-employment medical exam (PEME), medical billings, and payments.
- Maintains inventory of medicines and other clinic-related items.
- Prepares and submits various reports required by DOLE and maybe required by the company.
- Coordinates with HR the following activities:
o Scheduling of Annual Physical Exam (APE) and drug testing and submits related documents. - Assess results of APE and PEME and endorses for further check-up, if needed.
o Submission of applied Food Handlers Certificate
