Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as the HR Head. As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within our organization.
You will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring their alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. Additionally, you will be actively involved in recruiting, onboarding, and managing talent, as well as supporting employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience in organizational development and change management would also be highly valued.
