Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and receiving of in-transit parcels, also inventory control
- Conduct team briefing and document minutes of the meeting
- Oversee agency teams in the backroom, as well as coordinate with the rider support team and occasionally supervise drivers/riders
- Perform essential duties such as hiring and training staff, monitoring employees’ performance, ensuring high productivity levels, assigning tasks, and delivering constructive criticism
- Create, review, and validate reports coming from the hub
- Assist the Customer Support team in call outs to solve Customer support escalations
- Ensure Hub KPIs are effectively met
- Conduct process improvement initiatives & implements/spearhead projects geared towards increasing Hub productivity
Requirements:
- Must have held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment
- Experienced in e-commerce fulfillment
