Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our internal users and external clients.
Your main duties will include:
- Responding to technical support queries via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Providing timely and accurate resolutions to technical problems
- Logging and tracking support issues using our ticketing system
- Assisting in the maintenance of our IT infrastructure
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
