Overall Purpose:

The HR Program and Operations Analyst is responsible for handling Service Requests related to Recruitment and Onboarding processes. They ensure compliance with policies and processes, implement controls, and coordinate with stakeholders for project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation on all policy and compliance related inquiries within Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Design and develop policy updates within Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Implement and/or strengthen controls to safeguard Recruitment and Onboarding compliance to policies and processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, project representatives, and HRS Teams to push for completion of various projects and initiatives.
  • Respond to general and detailed inquiries which impact Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Facilitate creation of announcements and presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Recruitment and Onboarding Process and Policy specific training delivery.
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs on Recruitment and Onboarding Process & Policy related projects.
  • Act as point of contact representing Recruitment and Onboarding during audits.
  • Ensure that Recruitment and Onboarding is compliant to policies and processes.

Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly analytical and have above-average critical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, results-oriented.
  • Skilled in MS Office programs with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
