Job Description
A Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads for the sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team.
Your main responsibilities include conducting research to identify and engage with potential customers, reaching out to leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media), and nurturing relationships with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
Key skills for this position include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong listening and problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable making cold calls, have a good understanding of the sales process, and be able to effectively convey the value proposition of the company’s products or services.
This role requires a highly motivated individual who is target-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
